Human Resources Management Department

SFB regards human resource management as a critical aspect of every modern business. Without effective Human Resource Management, companies lack clear objectives which could steer them to success in management functions.

Therefore, organizations achieve their set goals and objectives because of the presence of a unique well-groomed human resource that is intelligent and innovative enough to evaluate situations and make informed strategic decisions.

Our Human Resource Management Department is geared towards ensuring that SFB becomes strategically positioned to be recognized as an internationally accredited business school in Rwanda through the increased production of the best and brightest employees.

SFB must however, articulate its motivation initiatives in its mission statement and strategic plans. Over 297 students have graduated since the inception of the Department in the faculty of Management.

The HRM department has the following objectives:

  • To build a strong knowledge-base that will help Rwanda achieve its vision 2020,
  • To train skilled and specialized human resource managers whose skills are relevant on the international labor market
  • To create opportunities to promote talented and high performing managers among others.
